RETURNS

We aim to provide complete satisfaction. We are happy to exchange/refund garments provided that they are returned, at the customers expense, within 10 days of the invoice date for UK and Europe and 21 days for the Rest of the World.

In order to comply with distance selling regulations we must be informed by email within 7 days of receipt that the goods are not required and are being returned exactly in the condition they were received for a refund. In the case of exchange you must state the required item and enclose postage for your choice to be sent to you.

In compliance with hygiene laws all the items must be in their original unworn condition, with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging.

Please note as garments are of an intimate nature they will be closely examined upon return and if there are any signs of wear and tear or misuse they will be held pending payment for return postage to the purchaser.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Customers are responsible for any import duties & taxes which may be levied on any shipment outside Europe plus any added charges for Customs clearance.
